Yucatech Expeditions is a premier technical diving center, that was formed in 1991 with the only mission to provide the best and safe service for Cavern and Cave divers visiting the island of Cozumel. Today Yucatech Expeditions offers all levels of Cave and Mix Gas training, including leadership assessments. Our goal is to offer high Quality Education, Quality Service and Safe Cave Diving practices in our trips.

During the last 17 years of operation we have trained more than 400 Cave, Mix Gas and Advanced divers from all over the world. For many years we where the FIRST fully SPECIALIZED center to offer Cavern and Cave diving trips and training in Cozumel. We are proud to have guided more than 3000 divers in this unique overhead environment in Cozumel and the Rivera Maya, with a clean safety record.

Yucatech Expeditions has been the headquarters for many different projects including Archaeological, Cave Exploration, and Scientific Diving operations from European, North American, and Mexican Universities, plus research Institutes, including the Smithsonian and the Natural History Museum.

Yucatech Expeditions is an affiliate center for The National Speleological Society-Cave Diving Section (NSS-CDS) and The National Association for Cave Diving (NACD).
